Tim is a Registered Kentucky Land Surveyor with an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Lexington Community College in Lexington, Kentucky. He and his wife Susan have two children and one grandson, and he enjoys hiking, camping, music, banjo and drums.
Tim worked for Palmer Engineering Company in Lexington for 12 years and was responsible for performing research and field surveys for boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS Land Title and utility surveys.
He is experienced preparing plats, boundary survey drawings and topographic survey plans from surveyed data using AutoCAD Civil 3D software. Tim has designed site grading, drainage systems, and utility projects as well. He has hands-on experience using ground penetrating radar equipment to locate underground utilities and structures, plus integrating data into Geographical Information Systems for planning and mapping purposes.
