Elk Basin Highway Storm Drain: Provided storm drainage relief to areas west of Division Street (Powell, WY), over one mile of new 40" x 65" arch and 48" circular reinforced concrete pipe was installed from Seventh Street to Bitter Creek along the Elk Basin Highway.
Recreation Center Road: New street, sidewalk, fencing and storm drain improvements were constructed to provide an additional access to then new Paul Stock Aquatic and Recreation Center (Cody, WY).
Jackson Wastewater Treatment Facility: New aerated lagoons, pump stations, and UV disinfection were installed at the treatment facility
(Teton County, WY). Through project partnering, this $10.4 million project was completed 20% under budget.
Downtown Reconstruction Project: A $1.3 million renovation of the downtown area (Thermopolis, WY) including streets, storm drains, water lines, sewer systems, and outdoor lighting was completed in 2000.
Valley View Water System Improvements: In order to increase water pressures, a 200,000 gallon concrete storage tank and pump station were installed. These improvements were recommended during a study of Cody's treated water system for WWDC.
