Eric Holifield finishing up the surveying for the Dayton, WY Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project is a combination of maintenance and improvements to the wastewater treatment plant as well as streambank stabilization efforts on Tongue River adjacent to the plant for the purpose of protecting the lagoons from erosion.
