Engineering Associates (EA)  is looking for an office administrator in the Laramie Office.

Engineering Associates (EA) is seeking a team-oriented person to perform a variety of office administration duties for a fifty-five-person, nine-office firm. The office and scheduled duty station for this position is in Laramie, Wyoming. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The applicant should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is desired, but not required.

 

DUTIES

Typical duties include answering incoming calls, producing letters, memos, and correspondence, preparing outgoing mail, performing computerized data entry, performing errands when necessary, assists in office workflow with other administrative personnel, assists personnel in project administration and coordination as requested, and other assigned tasks. 

 

A valid driver’s license is required.

 

Open until filled. The pay is dependent on experience. Remote work will not be considered for the position.
